Who is eligible for the regulation?
Under this Regulation, the beneficiaries will be those who do business for no more than 5 years from the date of first registration certificate of enterprise. . Business start-up projects that may benefit from this include:
- Initiatives for innovation of the group of 4 industries in the weak (electronics - information technology, chemicals - plastic - rubber, mechanics, food processing).
- The start-up project belongs to the support industry group and 9 service groups (trade, tourism, finance-banking-insurance, transportation, port-warehousing, information and communication, postage). , telecommunications, science and technology, healthcare, education, real estate business).
The projects will have to use the funds that HCMC provides to pay for direct labor and use services such as start-up training, marketing, training, product / service promotion, invention, etc.
In order to participate in the selection process, startup projects can be registered directly with the HCMC Department of Science and Technology, and can also participate in innovation contests organized or co-organized by the Department. .
